My partner and i stayed for 5 nights this june. Patsy couldnt have been more helpful, warm and friendly. This was our first visit and will definitely stay with patsy again. The breakfasts were great, the rooms were comfortable, with every amenity. Just felt i was at home and so well looked after!

Patsy was such a lovely lady and made our stay so comfy. I stayed with my sister and we were both happy with our rooms and the brekkies were amazing. Patsy was so helpful with local info and nothing was too much trouble. The walk into Kirkwall didn't take too long at all and the sea view and fresh clean...

Arrived to find Patsy waiting for us - showed us around, explained about facilities and breakfast. Friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Comfortable bedroom, excellent guest lounge with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery etc. Very good value for money with excellent breakfast. Copes extremely well with any food allergies. Gluten free bread and cereals provided. Top B &...

An excellent B&B within walking distance of Kirkwall (about 20 min). Patsy is an excellent host and provided a fantastic choice of breakfasts, all cooked to a very high standard. She was prepared to go the extra mile for us from arranging a taxi to collect us from the ferry to letting us leave our cases with her when we...

This B&B is a short drive out of Kirkwall (too far to walk) and has great value for money. We particularly appreciated the clean, comfortable rooms, the modern bathrooms, the wi-fi, the facilities in the "common room" (fridge, freezer, microwave, dining table...), the excellent breakfast with home-made jam and a wide range of choices (and prices!) as well as the...

Nice, quiet B&B a couple of minute's drive along the coast road from Kirkwall town centre. Clean, warm room with flat screen TV & new-looking bathroom. Tea-making facilities in the room and complimentary bottled water each day. Fast free wifi. And a first-rate breakfast. I especially enjoyed watching all the many birdies on the bird feeder in the garden outside!...

Our stay at the Bellavista was lovely and comfortable, and we had help from Patsy on the first day regarding printers and taxis. Because one suitcase hadn't made it over to Scotland with us, we arrived in a somewhat weary state, so it was wonderful to have her friendly welcome and helpful advice. The breakfast options were excellent, though it...

Our 2 night stay at Bellavista exceeded our expectations. The tiered pricing and breakfast options were amazing. The morning we dined at Bellavista was one of the top breakfasts we had during our entire stay in Scotland (get the cheese!). The option for room only pricing also allowed us to skip breakfast the morning we left at 630 to catch...
