Thanks for your comments, wi-fi issue is related in part to the age of building and thickness of walls but we are discussing with our provider ways to improve this issue.
toilet door was maintenance issue which was fixed soon after.

No members of staff or management would drink on the premises. They are all very professional people who are endeavouring to create a good atmosphere and rebuild the status of this previously neglected leased hotel.
