We had The Gold Room for the one night. It is bright, with double aspect Windows, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and Jamie, the owners nine year old granddaughter, was most helpful. It is highly likely that we will return.

Couldn't have a nicer experience with the service at this B and B. The hosts went out of their way to ensure that our family was well taken care of and comfortable. Started off our trip in Scotland in the nicest possible way.

Our room was very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a Chinese theme. Nice touches included fresh milk for tea and home made biscuits. The room was scrupulously clean with a modern ensuite, as nice as any hotel. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with high quality ingredients. I didn't love the family-style table arrangement, but that's really a very...

Stayed here as a stop over on the way to Inverness with the family. The owner was very friendly and tried really hard to make sure we had everything we needed. The Blue room was large enough for the four of us as was clean and well presented. We were given great advice to go for evening dinner to the...

Familiar atmosphere and excellent home made breakfast :-) Nicely decorated rooms. Cycle route number 1 (North Sea Cycle Route) just a few meters away. Good food and drinks in walking distance at the Muirs Inn.

One word Wonderful. The people at Burnbank B&B are very friendly, we loved the in-house chef and they had a very nice dog. Kinross is a very good location to use as a central location to visit all the sites.

Had a very nice one night stay. Excellent rooms which are Sloan and spacious. Bike storage in the shed surrounded by a beautiful garden. Practical location within town. Amazing breakfast, eggs from their own chickens. Dog had to stay in the car but this was fine.

First night stop on the way north from Edinburgh airport. Trevor and Anne provided delightful and discrete hospitality. The room I had was a warm and homely suite, quite self contained, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was a lovely fry up option. Excellent, good value, and a recommended stay.
