My stay at Harlow was a lovely experience, friendly professional management and staff, including the service/cleaning staff. The atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and peaceful. The welcome on arrival is always a happy one and I always depart thinking what a nice stay I've had.
As a regular business user of Travelodge accommodation across the country, I can safely say Harlow Travelodge is one of our favourites. Excellent rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Warm in the winter months. But most of all exceptional service from the staff who are both friendly and clearly passionate about providing excellent service. We shall be using Harlow as a new regular stop off whilst touring with our band Majesty.
Currently staying here for work, all the team have been very welcoming, nothing has been to much for any of them. The place is clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning in the future.
I’m a high user of Travelodge and have stayed at different locations all over the UK and have always been greeted friendly apart from today at Harlow I was greeted by woman called Linda who should definitely not work in hospitality I explained that I was having a problem booking the room online she aggressively said to me that that was the only way to book I then pointed out that you can book over the phone I think she was annoyed that I knew more about her job then she did she then told me that she would refuse me entry to the hotel her appearance was not good and her attitude was even worse to not allow me entry for a simple thing is ridiculous I didn’t realise maybe she is one of the directors of Travelodge I will be taking this complaint forward and I will not be using this hotel I would Recommend everyone to do this as well and especially stay out of this woman’s path…
Excellent stay really Helpful staff willing to go the extra step to help you feel welcome especially Jodie Jodie is very helpful and friendly as she was training the new girl always willing to help. Great staff :)
