Easter Holiday ruined. We experienced terrible hygiene in the Restaurant. Witnessed another holidaymaker helping themselves to handful of chips, and then put some back all with their bare hands. Also because there were 600 people having to be fed in an hour and quarter at B/Fast and Dinner, it was chaos. Have written a letter directly to the General Manager....

All started well until the sickness hit. Meal times were rushed with only an hour slot the staff and facilities couldn't cope. With about 550 people descending on a crowded restaurant all in a short space of time hygiene was appalling. This place may have all the policies in place but are they being carried out in practice ? This...

we went for the basic chalet but it was very tiny and we would go for an upgrade next time. It was very clean and had all that you would need and it was in a very pretty position but quite cramped inside. The value for money was impressive, good food, good service, very clean, friendly helpful staff. A good...

We got back yesterday, all started well until one by one we fell ill to sickness and diarrhoea. Out of a party on 27, 10 people got ill. As a result, when we got home, a 83 year old has ended in an ambulance taken to casualty. The food hygiene we witnessed was appalling, there is only a hour slot...

My husband and I stayed at Mill Rythe for a week in March - we had booked two consecutive breaks, a four-night and a three-night. We were slightly disappointed in our accommodation as the Ambassador apartment wasn't what we thought we were getting - to be fair, this was probably down to not reading up on it properly, as we...
