Stayed here overnight last weekend as we were going to The Victoria Theatre, Good service at reception and staff very helpful. The rooms have had a makeover and are really very nice. Lovely large comfortable bed and nice clean room and bathroom. Our room even had a feature stone wall!! Location quite good, 10 mins walk from the town with...

The hotel was excellent and clean . There is a lovely restaurant next door but we found Thai centre in the town where the food was excellent and inexpensive and the pub just opposite Travelodge was friendly and cheap....all in all we had a most pleasant stay .

This is a clean, convenient and comfortable hotel that is great for providing somewhere basic to stay. The receptionists were efficient and professional and managed queues well. We would stay here again if we had need to and could find a good rate.

Good reception service. Great Beds. Ok TVs Stained carpet and tired rooms - well to be fair variable rooms. I had 201 this visit and the floor had stains and the bath was not 100% clean when I arrived. Still it's cheap - convenient and handy for the 1904 pub / restaurant across the road. More than happy for me...

Nice, clean hotel in a lovely building. The first 2 were pretty much expected to be honest but the view from the bedroom window was better than I'd expected from the photo of the front. A big thank you to the receptionist who, hearing I was feeling shivery and looking forward to a nice hot bath, changed our room, as...

Can't fault this place , clean and tidy rooms, great value and not far from Town centre and rail station, night club just up the street (53 north) worth a visit, plenty of pubs in town, weatherspoons and cookies are good, but check out the 3 pigeons, Fantastic bar with art deco from the 1930s

Stayed one night to attend a function. Very attractive setting in old mill. Tapas bar, barber and pub all within 2 min walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bright with very comfortable bed. Mrs M was very impressed overall! Good price for what you get so would recommend a stay and would happily return.

Having been to Travelodge in Brighton and Thame this was Much much better than expected. Large, clean double room. Quiet location and good parking. No problem with noise at all. Checked in after 5.00pm no problem. Bathroom was very clean and roomy. Only quibble is that there was only one bath towel and one hand towel for two people. Lovely...

Room was good, although little peeved that it is a strict 3.00pm check in! Only problem with this Travelodge is that it is close to main roads, so traffic noise is a problem. Also close to a Gym where there is a lot of activity late a night and early morning with noisy radio's etc! Close to town centre about...
