I chose to stay here on a business trip after staying in a few local B&Bs and finding them a bit too friendly when I was just trying to work. Basically I was looking for something a bit bigger where I could be more anonymous. The building's beautful, and the interiors are slightly dated but well kept. My room was...

This is our second stay at the Craiglynne Hotel the first being around 10 years ago, i was searching for a good deal and the Managers special at £75 a night seemed good to me, this included double room, dinner bed and breakfast and we could bring our wee mutt for the princely sum of £10 extra. Let me first...

We chose this hotel because of its ideal location for exploring the area and the Cairngorms. We found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much bother and there was a lovely roaring open fire in the evenings. Our room was clean and spacious. There was a good variety of food on offer as well as...

Liked this hotel. Very quiet because of time of year, and it was a Thursday. Nevertheless, staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfy. Wifi was genuinely excellent, which isn't something you can say about most hotels... so I managed to get a lot of work done while there. Would definitely use again.

A very good deal for 2 nights bed and breakfast. King sized bed which was very comfortable. Breakfast was exactly as described. Next time I am in Grantown I will definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This was our first trip back to the Craiglynne after working and meeting each other 30 years ago. It was just as we remembered it. Our room 101 was lovely, clean and warm. The staff were busy but extremely polite and helpful. Good luck to Chris and Sam for your future vision and the season coming up. We'll definitely be...

We booked this hotel through an independent short breaks company and then nearly cancelled after reading some very bad reviews on trip advisor. I normally only do a review if somewhere has been very good or very bad but feel I should recount our own experiences here. We had contacted the company regarding the comments on some of the rooms...

It's a very, very long time since I've been to this area of the Cairngorms National Park, (I used to ski pretty much every weekend in the winter in this area - hence the title of this review). This hotel always seems to have some great offers on at this time of year, and we took full advantage of a...

Just spent two nights at this hotel. In human terms I would compare the premises to an old lady who shows a few wrinkles here and there but takes pride in her appearance and overall looks well for her age. Bedroom was comfortable but perhaps a bit dated. Bathroom good size and well appointed with nice shower cabinet.Dinningroom large, well...

On arriving at the hotel was greeted by a friendly receptionist, however she did not advise me of the Wifi password although she was aware I was there on business. The room was adequately furnished but the 2 chairs were very worn. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I went down for dinner at 6pm. I ordered...
