The Ardconnel made for a lovely hub during our Speyside tour with Rabbie's, excellent choice indeed. Francoise was a great hostess and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and in working order and the house itself is very lovely. The breakfast and service were top notch. I hope they have accomodations this lovely for the...

We stayed at the Ardconnel house as part of a Rabbie's tour through Speyside. The house is beautiful and cosy, and the hosts were impeccable. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, and we genuinely felt welcomed into their home. We would definitely stay again if we have reason to visit Grantown-on-Spey.

My wife and I spent last weekend at Arcconnel on our first visit to Grantown on Spey. We found the rooms were very comfortable and in first class order. The hosts, Tom and Francois were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of choice available for every taste. Arcconnel was only a short walk away from town. We...

My review is for the Macallan Room which is located on the second level at the back of the house. Hosts Tom and Francoise were very helpful with travel and dining advice. One of them met us upon each return to the B&B and chatted a bit about our day. The reasons I am giving the rating three stars is...

We stayed for two nights and loved our stay, it was so relaxing in the beautiful Ardconnel house, with a short walk into the town. The room we had was a good size very comfortable light and airy and very nicely decorated. The owners could not have been more helpful, and have great local knowledge of the area and local...

Simply had to review this business as it was a pleasure to stay there and we will come back again and tell everyone of this gem of a B&B. The first morning I had scrambled egg with fresh salmon on crusted bread the second morning i had bacon & Egg on crusty bread, the owners ask you want you would...

Ardconnel House is simply a fantastic B&B. We stayed in the lovely Glenlivet Room and cannot say enough about the thoughtful amenities: sumptuous bath supplies, comfortable robes and linens, excellent tea and shortbread biscuits, an extremely comfortable bed, even two small bottles of scotch thoughtfully left on our tea tray the second night! The house is absolutely gorgeous; the decoration...

Three of us stayed at this B&B, myself in the twin room - Cragganmor. Both rooms were a fantastic size, as well as very clean and nicely decorated. The cooked breakfasts were tasty, and there was a good selection of cereals, yoghurt. jams and marmalades (they even had marmite, peanut butter and Nutella). The great thing about breakfast was that...

Having stayed in a number of 4 star + B&Bs in Grantown on Spey, this one is a clear winner and I would very happily return like a shot! I am difficult to please in terms of accommodation and rarely settle in quickly. From the moment we walked into our room ("Glenlivet"), I was confident that I would be comfortable....

This B&B is first class! Absolutely amazing house and room, we didn't want to leave! We were so glad we had three nights here but could have stayed a week or even a month! Tom and Françoise were lovely hosts and made us feel at home. The room was absolutely adorable and was so spacious and comfortable. Molly the resident...

Ardconnel House is a luxury B&B set in the Strathspey Area of the Cairngorms National Park. It is a traditional Victorian Villa in an ideal location on the edge of the village. A ten minute stroll down a well maintained woodlands path will take you to the majestic River Spey and 10 minutes is also all it takes to walk into the village centre. We have 5 bedrooms of the highest quality including a luxurious 4 poster bedroom (Glenlivet) with a large modern en-suite featuring a period bath and a walk-in shower. The other rooms have also been recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard, including Balvenie on the ground floor which also has a large walk-in shower. All bedrooms are en-suite, wifi, flat screen colour TVs and tea / coffee making facilities.
