RossMor is a Victorian Villa with stunning views in the Cairngorms National Park. We are a short walk to the village centre and the River Spey, with walking trails starting across the road. We have a guest lounge and dining room with beautiful views over the National Park. All our 6 bedrooms are ensuite, with many amenities including luxury Scottish toiletries and coffee machines. The rooms at the front have beautiful views! RossMor is the perfect base for exploring the Highlands, guests' most popular activities are the Whisky Trail, hiking in the Cairngorms National Park, spotting nessie on Loch Ness and exploring the Moray coast. Many of our guests return again and again, because they love staying with us at RossMor, and because of the variety of things to do in the area. We hope to see you soon!

Property's Favourite Review
We stayed seven nights at the amazing Rossmor Guest House! Very welcoming, spotlessly clean, a real gem. We booked direct and got a great deal. Thomas and Ben are great hosts and their attention to detail is second to none. Thomas is a real character and we very much enjoyed our morning breakfast banter. He has great local knowledge and is very helpful with suggestions on places to go and things to do. The breakfast room has lovely views out over the mountains and there is also a welcoming cosy lounge. Back to breakfast, a great selection of lovely homemade fresh cooked food that set us up for the day. Even the preserves were homemade, best Strawberry Jam ever! Thanks so much Thomas and Ben for being so welcoming you really made our stay, we look forward to returning.

We spent three nights at the Rossmor B&B in July and had the most wonderful stay during our trip to Scotland! The B&B is located in a beautifully lanscaped garden and the rooms are very cosy and individually decorated. The breakfast is outstanding, we have never had such a good porridge! Thomas is a wonderful and attentive host, who shares great suggestions about what to do and see in the area. We even bought a local cookbook to try out some of the recipes he uses. Thank you for a wonderful time! The Schneekloth family from Germany

My wife and I have just returned from a two night break in the lovely Grantown-on Spey, we stayed at the Rossmor guest house and had a fantastic visit, out hosts Thomas and Ben were very welcoming and friendly, Thomas gave us the guided tour of their beautiful victorian house and we were amazed to see the original staircase and stained glass windows. We stayed on the second floor and had a very comfortable and well equiped room. The breakfast menu was comprehensive with several dishes to choose from, we went for the full Scottish choice and the food was fantastic, localy sourced ingredients are used as much as possible and the bread and jam were homemade. We would give Rossmor a 10 start rating if we could and highly recommend if you are in the area

Well I am going to make a stab at names of the reviewers - I think this is Rob and Marion. I knew you had a good time here with us because you were quite effusive during your stay. It is quite wonderful to be able to receive feedback that makes all our effort worth wide. I hope you will return and enjoy more time at Rossmor and all that Strathspey/Cairngorm has to offer. All the very best Thomas

We so much enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful hotel. So many thanks to Thomas for his great care and recommendations for restaurants, spa locations, driving routes and so much more! We loved spending time in Grantown and visiting the region- so beautiful, and a welcome reprieve from our travel schedule. Our room was beautifully appointed, clean and the bed was very comfy, Our breakfasts were delicious with different options to order (which were placed the night before). Thank you Thomas!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about RossMor. We stayed there for four nights and didn't want to leave. Thomas was a wonderful, accommodating host and gave us lots of good suggestions for how to spend our time when some of our original plans had to be altered. The location is wonderful, with easy access to many different attractions. Thomas also booked dinner for us in several wonderful local spots. The room (we were three people in a "family" room) was extremely comfortable. Breakfasts were excellent. We loved everything about our stay.

Stayed at the Rossmor in 2019, and had a fantastic time. 3 years later, and things continue to be of very high standard. If you’re looking for a great base to visit the Highlands, and enjoy the best cooked breakfast you may ever have, in a lovely, clean B&B, with a host who is engaging, warm and welcoming, then the Rossmor is the place to be. Prices are great, and the location is perfect for visiting the best that the Highlands has to offer. The Rossmor will continue to be our place of choice for a quick break. Perfect! See you next year!

Absolutely fabulous hospitality. It's going above and beyond to take a sopping wet swimsuit straight from the loch for a guest, and hand it back a few days later rinsed and dry. That's commitment to your guests! Whatever the other reviews have said about the fabulous food - ditto it all. Really beautiful. The covid protocols in place are really clear, and well thought through so as to impact minimally on convenience. I personally really appreciate feeling covid-safe still, and having this added layer of assurance was a positive bonus for me.
