Val and Sandy were such nice people, and made us feel really welcome. Our room was comfortable and reasonable value at £90/night. It was very helpfully located for exploring the Cairngorms National Park, and Val made some kind suggestions of walks in the area. Breakfast was at one big table with other guests, making it sociable, and breakfasts were good....

I stayed at Westhaven B&B in June-2016 and loved it! The hosts are wonderful and the breakfast we divine. The house was very clean and everything was perfect. The location is great, it's within walking distance to the downtown area of Grantown-on-Spey and all the shops and restaurants. Also, it's only a few minutes walk to the Anagach Forest and...

Spacious room, enormous bath facilities, and home-cooked meal, but that's not the end of it. Val and Sandy went out of their way to give us a warm welcome, especially after a rough day on the road leading into Grantown-on-Spey. While traveling that morning, our hire car received not one, but TWO flats right as we were arriving into town,...

It was so fun to be there so we decided to stay another day...! Val made a tasty breakfast that kept us full till the late afternoon. There's a nice local bar called Craig's bar,just...

After staying in hostels and some very dodgy hotels this was a welcome change. The owners are lovely and the rooms are clean, cozy and have very nice views of the countryside. We had to leave far too early the next morning and had to skip breakfast but I hear it is a full English breakfast. We would have liked...

Top marks for everything. Beautiful property set in a wonderful location. Val and Sandy were both very welcoming and did everything in their power to make us feel at home. Val gave us some very handy tips that made our visit all the more interesting. The pub down the road is a must-visit too. As a bird-lover, I was treated...

A very nice B&B where to stay, clean and comfortable. Enough space in the room for a family (2 adults + 2 teens 13 and 12) en-suite, although we only stayed for the one night. The owners are very welcoming and pleased to give you as much info as you like/need. Being the owner a local estate manager, plenty of...

“Both the rooms on the first floor have en suite bathrooms. The room on the ground floor has a lovely private bathroom that includes a jacuzzi, but it is not en suite.”

“We actually stayed in both room types during our stay and both have their advantages/disadvantages. Upstairs you have an en-suite bathroom (with an amazing steam/massage shower) and a little more room. The only downside was the bed was pretty soft. Downstairs you have a smaller room with what I thought was a better, firmer bed and a HUGE bathroom with a double steam/massage shower and Jacuzzi bath. The downside is the bathroom is separate and the room is smaller.”
