The first thing that struck me about this hotel is the location which is the quay at the heart of Fowey. The room I had looked straight out over the harbour and was such a lovely outlook to enjoy. It was delightfully decorated and very clean. The room was very well equipped with just about everything you could ask for...

We stayed at the King of Prussia for two nights. We arrived very wet and muddy after walking all day on the costal path. The staff made us very welcome. The rooms are lovely particularly the ones over looking the quay. The fluffy white towels and complementary toiletries were excellent, lovely soak in a bath after a long days walking. The...

Stayed here while visiting customer around Cornwall and I must say I was very impressed with this hotel gem. Set in a beautiful harbor village the staff and food was excellent. I stayed in room number 5 and I had a wonderful view to wake up to. The parking was a pain, but it was well worth it. Great bars,...

This is a wonderfully well-placed hotel - the pink building in the photo - overlooking the pedestrian ferry crossing to Polduran on the east bank of the mouth of the Fowey. It is not a vegetarian hotel but with advance notice the friendly staff provided us with tastey and satisfying vegan breakfasts. Our first floor room facing the river was...

We wanted somewhere to stop having walked around town and came across this one. It was very quiet so can't comment on atmosphere but plenty of room for our party of 8! Good supply of beer and ale on tap including rattler cider. Would definitely pop back

We arrived very late and were fortunate to secure the last room! ...and with a view that we got to wake up to - the sun was shining and it was glorious! Lucky, lucky us!! The staff were very friendly and accommodating and made sure all our needs were met. Gave us perfect guidance on parking for the night. Fowey...

The room we had was on the first floor with quayside views. It was a twin room with all the facilities and top of the range furnishings of a 4 star hotel. Lots of extras to make our stay even more comfortable. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. Even ear plugs were provided which were needed as I had forgotten...

What a lovely pub B and B. The room was huge with a tassimo coffee machine shortbread biscuits and gorgeous white company products. Overlooking the river, the views are stunning. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff and perfect location. Only downside is the parking and overzealous traffic wardens. Other than that Perfect

The King of Prussia Hotel is a lovely place to stay. It's in an ideal spot with great views over the estuary. The rooms are top class, spotlessly clean with very good quality bedding and towels. There were lots of little extras in the bathroom, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and razor and other toiletries. Also in the room was a...

We stayed one night here and I was not taken either with Fowey or this hotel. Whilst the room had a nice view out to the river it was not particularly smart although it was clean and comfortable. Being next to a rip-off car park I guess it gets noisy in summer as ear plugs were provided by the hotel....
