Good afternoon and thank you for your review. I am disappointed with the chain of events which have marred your experience, our staff are trained not to disturb guests in this manner and when I met you to offer my instant and sincere apologies for the incident I thought the outcome was to your satisfaction. I am sorry you felt this was not the case and that you won't be a future guest of ours, not our intention at all. We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent level of hospitality and on this occasion this was not delivered. I do appreciate your comments and hope that we will have an opportunity of welcoming you again to the resort so we can try again to deliver the experience you were expecting.

Good afternoon Mr McCluskey, I am sincerely sorry you were greeted by an unpleasant spa receptionist. The collop walk is on the grounds the resort. There is no dress code for the restaurants. Please give Ruth at guest relations a call and she will look after you (028 66323230). Thank you for your questions.
