We have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times in the last 2 months whilst looking for property in Droitwich and each time we look forward to going back. The reception staff are amazing as are the breakfast teams. The rooms in the chateau are always lovely and clean. Never had an issue. Definitely the best place to stay in the...

We spent last Sunday and Monday at Chateau Impney. We had booked a budget room in the Impney Court annex next to the hotel. I checked on our arrival and found out we could upgrade to a room in the Chateau itself for £25 per night. I decided to take it as the Chateau rooms are better than the budget...

My husband booked this hotel as a surprise for me for a little break. The drive up to the hotel was breathtaking, beautiful grounds and surroundings. The receptionist at check in was very friendly and helpful, we arrived early at 1pm and our room was ready, which was a bonus. We had a feature room called "The Fluer De Lys",...

Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter weekend. We had a slight wait upon arrival as there were 2 other parties checking in ahead of us, the receptionist made a great effort in attempting to up-sell us a family room (even though there were just the two of us), then breakfast and a table at the restaurant. When she failed...

Went to The Chaser quiz night. It was £15 a head to include traditional bar snacks. Shaun Wallace was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed the quiz but the bar snacks was one dish of Bombay Mix for a table of six. I wrote to the events manager and was told if only we'd asked on the night , we could...

We have just had a corporate type event for over 100 people in the Chateau and I can honestly say the service provided was outstanding. The planning phase was made so easy with the help and experience from Kerry the Events Manager and on the day Steven the banqueting Manager ensured the whole event ran like clock work from start...

Watching an episode from 2014 of Wheeler Dealers, this magnificent château was the icing on the cake. So my mission began, I need it to experience this piece of history. Upon arrival you'll find yourself in disbelief on the vast grounds and gorgeous scenery - the châteaux, a Grade II listed building, its set on a 110 acres off English...

This hotel allows dogs, which is great if you have a dog, however if you don't make sure you are put in a part of the hotel where dogs aren't allowed. We stayed here for a family wedding and the hotel and service were fine, however you judge customer service when something doesn't go right. Multiple complaints were made about...

The chateau is impressive on driving up the drive, imagine visiting years ago. The chateau has some original features in the main banqueting hall and the main staircase. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the meals were well presented and served by knowledgable staff . Even if you go just for the night well worth a visit.

Having had two wonderful afternoon teas here in the past I did not hesitate to suggest the Chateau for a catch up with a friend. For nearly £20 I expected so much more. At the last visit there was a selection of teas on offer and a choice of sandwiches. This time it was tea or coffee. The sandwiches were...
