We stayed for 2 nights in one of the Valley view rooms, the room was very clean, extreemely comfortable with a private balcony and outstanding views across the valley. Chris and Lindy were hospitable, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They have researched walks/drives in the area and produced laminated maps for guests to borrow. The breakfast was excellent and...

Unfortunately The Rock was a rather disappointing experience for us - surprising, given the good reviews it has garnered. On the positive side, the views from parts of the property are really stunning, and it's right near the forest area for walking to Symonds Yat. However, there are a number of negatives. The road to Symonds Yat runs right by...

Thanks for the feedback - As you suggest we think you just chose the wrong B&B in the Wrong Location. We’ll check our website to make sure it’s obvious we are in a rural position. Dangerous road? Currently two other roads are closed for repair so our road is busier than normal, I walked back for meeting some friends at...

We had a lovely weekend, both Chris and Lindy are very knowledgeable about local area and nothing was too much trouble. I have already recommended their B&B to family and will visit again, as it's perfectly positioned for fantastic walks both long and short. Must add the breakfast was awesome! Think you should know I'm notoriously hard to please, but...

This B & B is very well placed for walks in the Wye Valley. Chris and Lindy are very hospitable, Chris has created his own walking maps which are better than the OS maps, without them we would have been lost on our 12 mile walk ! They are happy to recommend things to do in the area and are...

Chris and Lindy were very accomodating in letting us use the garden for Cake and Champagne whilst enjoying the beautiful views, and the Breakfast room for a well deserved take away after Canoeing all day! Just stayed the one night on our way into Wales and after exploring Symonds Yat but a great little B&B. Clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, superb setting. Great views and spent some time in the garden looking at the stars and the big night sky. OK, there was some traffic noise but no big problem - nothing to fault and highly...
