Right from the start when we arrived 2 hours before check-in and were greeted by the owner with open arms and told not to worry, our rooms were ready and to come on in, I can't fault this hotel. The room was a delight, only negative might be size of the en-suite which was pretty small but it had huge,...

The hotel itself is nice, but the staff seemed cranky even though it was off season. Views from the hotel are amazing and the high street is 5mins away. Breakfast was okay, just be prepared to pay extra if you want more than eggs.

Me and Boyfriend are currently staying here. Is absolutely lovely! It Is a sweet family Hotel. It Is quite traditional but has a nice modern quirky twist. The food here is beautifully prepared and very good value for money. The staff are all really lovely and warm. :) The Hotel is in a perfect location, opposite the sea, 5 mins...

Stayed here while I was working locally, this a real jewel in the Cornish crown. Really friendly family establishment. Nice rooms, cleaned everyday and the food is something else. My recommendations is to go for the ribs. Great place will certainly come back here.

I spent 2 nights on business so was looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay. The place I stayed in was very reasonable on cost and it pleasantly surprised me when I arrived. Very pleasant to talk to , extremely helpful but they were also very busy , it appears all staff doing all jobs !! Lol. My room...

Just had 4 great days at the Edgcumbe. Super friendly staff, lovely room, (get a sea view if you can) tasty breakfast options. Location right on Summerleaze beach, easy walk in to town, St Kitts Herbery toiletries in the bathroom. Excellent Deck evening menu makes this the B and B with everything.

Had a 2 night break last weekend here. Couldn't be happier with the location and the service. The hotel over looks Summerleaze beach and Bude Castle. We've visited Bude many times before and have never had a bad stay, but this was the best of all. The family who run the Hotel are so warm and genuine and couldn't do...

Coming back to my childhood local 'town' after many years, I was impressed with how much has changed: not in terms of development ( not gonna happen in this heritage location) but in terms of flourishing businesses in town. Time was, "out of season" ( July-September )!!, this town was dead. Now (end of October) it's busy. And I couldn't...

Spent the best part of a week here with two children and can't fault the food, service, location or accommodation. Beyond friendly staff encourage a strong family vibe, bustling and cheery but totally chilled and informal at the same time. Absolutely brilliant stay here, will go back again!
