We stayed for a couple of nights for a getaway in the New Forest and were absolutely blown away by Broadland's Gate. The two hosts were wonderful and very attentive and the location is fantastic - nothing in Brockenhurst is more than a 15 minute walk from the door. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet getaway in...

Perfect location. Walks on the doorstep. 10 min walk into village for buses and trains. We went to do some walking and relax and we were well looked after. John and Brian are so welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful elegant house, had our own bedroom and lounge to relax in. Excellent breakfast. And loved the dogs. The New...

We stayed here for two nights as we were attending a wedding at Beaulieu which is 6 miles away. Took us a bit to find the place but what a find! Brian and John are perfect hosts and the property is beautiful. We had a master suite and it was very comfortable and beautifully kept. Brian and John have created...

This very elegant late Victorian house offers exceptional standards of hospitality and is run by terrific hosts, John and Brian. Beautifully and comfortably furnished, it is a relaxing and welcome 'home' at the end of a hard day's holidaying. The dogs are a constant entertainment and brekky is spectacular - wish it was a bit nearer Yorkshire!

Excellent weekend in the Master Suite for four of us. John and Brian's home is beautiful and they go out of their way to provide you with all you need - including driving one of us to the train station at 6.30 in the morning! The sitting room that's part of the suite was great when we fancied a quiet...

We stayed in the Master Suite which was perfect having 2 bedrooms, a lovely cosy sitting room, bathroom and separate toilet. The beds were extremely comfortable resulting in a good nights sleep each night. John and Brian are so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, and very informative about the local area. The house is in the edge of the...

John and Brian go out of there way to welcome you into this terrific home We had the top floor ( bedroom , lounge with bar fridge and bathroom ) all for ourselves. Its a handy location for The national Motor Museum, and is right on the edge of the New Forrest. Breakfast was outstanding

A traditional bed & breakfast in a quiet corner of a small village, right on edge of a great New Forest where nature (including cute wild ponies, horses and donkeys) literally peek into the windows. House itself has all classic Victorian attributes (fireplaces in each bedroom, Victorian prints on the walls, sitting room with a small library etc), but it...

Nothing too much trouble for the two hosts, John and Brian. Clean comfortable accommodation, first rate breakfast, with quality produce. Close enough to stroll into the village, the property is perfectly positioned. It was like staying with close friends or relatives (the ones you like). Great value for money. Thanks again fellas Steve, Tim and Ian
