Perfect location for exploring all that the New Forest has to offer. The room was clean with tasteful decor and a super comfy bed. We had our own private entrance so felt safe from a Covid perspective. A delicious breakfast delivered straight to our door every day and a wide variety of options available. Overall a lovely stay which we would highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Property's Favourite Review
We had a really lovely stay at Daisybank Cottage. Cheryl and Ciaran were great hosts - very helpful and attentive when required and also very respectful of our privacy. Check-in was straightforward with Cheryl helpfully providing us with a map of the local area and advising us to follow them on the All Trails app for nearby walks. The COVID-19 procedures were exceptional with nothing forgotten or feeling laborious. We stayed in the Burdock Suite which was spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped with a fridge (with fresh milk), umbrella, iron and ironing board, robe and slippers etc. A seating area with two chairs and a table has been created for eating breakfast in your room (which we chose to do) and this worked really well. We also ate in the evenings on our secluded patio area and our hosts were extremely helpful in providing us with plates etc that we requested via WhatsApp. We never had to wait for anything and nothing was forgotten. The bathroom was also spacious and the shower was great. Towels etc and products were also good. The breakfasts were lovely. Really excellent produce and portions were a reasonable size rather than huge which we appreciated ahead of a days walking. During our stay we required a top up of coffee pods and these were easily requested via WhatsApp. We would most definitely stay at Daisybank again.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at Daisybank. The room was very comfortable, and breakfasts varied and delicious. We enjoyed exploring the New Forest and were really grateful for recommendations of walks and maps etc. Thoroughly recommend-sad to leave!

Daisybank Cottage Cheryl , Ciaran and staff are lovely hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. As a family party of 14 we took the entire cottage for 2 nights. The booking had been over a year in the preparation, as it was a special occasion for us and Ciaran kept in contact throughout that year answering my many queries and questions. As this is such a popular B & B it turned out to be a good thing that I had started the booking so early. All rooms are beautifully presented with The Solent being smaller than the others but still having a Kingsized bed and ensuite shower. We didn't use the Shepherds Hut as our relatives from abroad couldn't join us due to quarantine regulations, this hut did seem as though it would have been rather smaller than the other rooms. The Courtyard and Burdock suites are inter-connnecting and not in the main house, also I think if you are a light sleeper you may find the train line at the end of the garden a slight issue in these rooms. As a family party we ate breakfast together in the dining room, but I believe normally breakfast is currently being served in the individual rooms to help with Covid 'spacing'. The breakfasts were really, really lovely. Our first evening was spent sitting in the garden under the patio heater with a take-away (restaurants and food outlets reasonable walking distance) and a few drinks. Cutlery and Glasses happily supplied by Daisybank. We took a trip to Milford on Sea for a blustery walk and then into Lymington on Saturday. On Sunday we walked to the Balmer Lawn for a coffee before heading home. I would thoroughly recommend Daisybank Cottage and would have no hesitation in re-visiting sometime.

This is a beautiful bed and breakfast in the perfect location. Very friendly welcome and ongoing throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Even had an anniversary cake/GF bar to celebrate our stay. Beautifully appointed bedroom with all the facilities we could have wished for. Covid safe in every way. Fantastic, quality breakfast served fresh to our personal patio area.
