This is exactly what you would want from a guest house; a welcoming host, Robbie; a very comfortable and spacious room, room 10; a quite splendid and plentiful breakfast; plenty of parking; an easy walk into town and a bus stop which is virtually outside the property. Do give it a try, we would certainy go there again.

We spent 3 nights at this Guest House and would have no hesitation in returning. Upon our arrival we were met by Robbie the owner, who made us very welcome. He was able to answer all our questions about places to go and see and how to get to them. The first thing to say is that the Guest House...

Robbie suggested relocating from room 11 to room 10......this was a good move as this room was brighter, quieter, bigger, a much better experience. Breakfast was a real treat and compared favourably in choice and quality to the renowned USA breakfasts. Robbie was most helpful in providing a map and local information.(If you are over 50 ) Check out the free juke...

Having stayed 3 nights in the twin room the beds we're very comfortable, the room decor and furniture is quite dated and its a little bit musty, needs some tlc and a lick of paint, i didn't speak to the female owner, Robbie was ok 👍.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in June whist visiting relatives in Weymouth. The Kingswood is located on the South side of Weymouth so is conveniently located for the Town (particularly the harbour/Brewers Quay a mile away) and for Portland (for the sailors amongst you). The car park is spacious so there is no issue with parking, which is...

We have stayed before and find this establishment so very well situated. Great to have car parking, many hotels in the town have none and parking can be a nightmare. A short walk to the town where there are many good places to eat out. The dockside is always buzzing with folk enjoying watching the sea vessels coming and going,...

Stayed her for Easter bank holiday weekend. Lovely welcome, map and much needed advice on my surroundings given on arrival. Room was warm and comfortable. Best mattress I've ever slept on in my life. I'm not a tea/coffee drinker however facilities were in the room, with some lovely biscuits. I found everything I needed was in the room if I...

I visited the kingswood with my boyfriend, mom and nan for a short break since my nan is unwell. My mom and nan arrived a few hours before me, but when I arrived I was greeted with open arms and a warm welcome by Robbie, the hotel owner. Our room was lovely and big and for the price that was...
