We went to the Norfolk Hotel with Harry Shaw for Easter Weekend, we found the Hotel clean and tidy, our room was number18 a double sea view. It was clean and tidy the bathroom a little small, the bedroom was decorated in neutrals with a lovely purple colour scheme, but the bedroom space was a little cramped compared to our...

This is a clean hotel with friendly staff situated at the beginning of the Esplanade near the bandstand so there is a bit of a distance to walk to the shops and bars if you find walking a problem. There are six steps outside and a small lift but the lift doesn't reach the rooms on the third floor- you...

The evening entertainment was poor apart from Saturday night when it was brilliant. The bar staff very friendly and helpful we had Sam...

Issue is that it doesn't has a LIFT. How can some one carry luggage. On my first day I find it to be puzzle hotel. But is value for money and close to underground. Breakfast is good and staff is more than supportive. It is in one of the best locations and hence seems price is more compared to room...

Our choir took over the hotel for three nights. We were made most welcome by the staff. The dining room was a little cramped but this not seem to bother the group. We had a bedroom that was subject to traffic noise. Considering the cost of the week-end the variety of the food was good.
