Thanks for your comments. We apologize if other customers made your stay less enjoyable than you would have liked. The park is patrolled regularly at night and anyone considered to be making too much noise is reminded verbally that they may be disturbing other customers....More
We've just got back from a long weekend and to be honest there's nothing majorly wrong with this site but there's also nothing too great about it either.
Good points were the size of the pitches which were well sheltered and level, along with a...More
We visited WestFleet with friends and had a great time. The pitches are large and flat and the shower and toilet blocks are very clean even in the height of the season. We used the old shower block to avoid the crowds and this was...More

Thanks for your comments. Trip Advisor's policies and set up is, clearly, a matter for them. With regard to the operation of the parks by the same owners, this is not uncommon with accommodation providers of all sorts and, for Sea Barn and West Fleet Farms has been the case for many decades and causes no problem for the vast majority of the thousands of customers who visit us each year. Each park is graded and listed separately by the AA and other organisations. Guests who phone are always asked whether they want Sea Barn Farm or West Fleet Farm and the online booking system offers a choice of location - there are also hyperlinks on each website from one park's site to the other.
On the water issue no further concerns have been raised with us.
You are, of course, entitled to your opinion of our response to another reviewer, however, this is supposed to be a Q&A facility. The "reviewer" concerned was not a customer. Had not booked, checked-in or paid and, with several other unregistered guests and vehicles, was asked to leave the premises, which eventually they did. Requiring people to leave our premises is always a last resort and one which tends to leave a bitter taste for all concerned. It is, nonetheless, something we are quite entitled (and in some circumstances required by law) to do.
