A group of us stayed here for 1 night to celebrate a birthday it was in a great location .Near to the sea front and about 15 minutes from train station. The room we had was quite small and stuffy and even though it had a small fan it could benefit from air con .Some of my friends had larger...

The meals were excellent, and the room was very big .The only downside to this Hotel is the disco opposite, we had 2 nights with no sleep as the music was very loud.On the last night (Sunday) we...

Lovely staff and perfect spot for a night out in Weymouth. The hotel however is very dated and could do with some Tlc. Rooms varied greatly in size and decor and we're very hot and stuffy. However the breakfast this morning was lovely and the bar food looked good too.

All staff were very friendly and helpful, and you really can't beat the position. Right in the heart of the...

Lunch in the hotel restaurant. Excellent selection of daily specials. Homemade type entrees and desserts. Large tasty portions at a low price. Fish pie with vegetables was delicious. Many seniors having meals. Friendly waitress service. Clean and quiet. Full bar next to dinning or separate dining room.

As on previous visits we had excellent attention from all the staff, food excellent, rooms clean and tidy (although a bit dated), We had to cut our stay short due to a family bereavement and the staff were so helpful and understanding - needless to say we have already booked for our next visit!

I was disappointed, and do not write many bad reviews, but sadly this is one. For me, the bed is the most important thing for any hotel. The bed in room 75 was absolutely appalling; gently passing your hand over that mattress you could feel every spring, I had to request several pillows to sleep on. The shower was impossible;...
