The hotel is in an excellent location overlooking the beach with just a short walk to the shops and harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was served promptly and was cooked to order. The rooms are well maintained and clean and very comfortable. I didn't have an evening meal so I...

Hotel Rex is in a first class location - directly opposite the beach and a short walk from the Harbour. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The Rex may not be the poshest hotel in the world, however for an AA three star it is the pick of the bunch. Room may not be the most modern and up to...

A group of us stayed here for five days on a walking / sightseeing holiday last week. The rooms were very comfortable although some varied in size. We had room 25 on the top floor which had a sea view - don't leave the window wide open or you might get a seagull looking in! Food was very good and...

Always spotlessly clean with super friendly staff. The food in the restaurant downstairs is fantastic with a good selection of decent wine. The location is amazing with wonderful views and within easy flat walking distance of all of Weymouth's attractions yet still manages to feel quiet. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of options. So good, we've booked our wedding...

Good location. Helpful and friendly staff (spoke a little too loudly in the morning). Walls very thin so heard vacuuming at 8.30am. Breakfast served by 9.30am is not ideal if you want to rest, but gets you up and out early. Generous breakfast. Coffee was awful. Ok stop for one night.
