My partner and I stayed at this B&B beginning of March for my birthday, we arrived late on Friday evening, and straight away we were welcomed. The lady who ran this B&B offered to move her car forward slightly for us to park, she asked us how our trip was and built a rapport from the moment we walked in....

We stayed here in May 2016. We paid extra for a sea view and it was worth it - so peaceful as there is no through traffic The beach is just across the road The room was tasefully furnished and clean .Full English Breakfast.was ample. Landlady very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended even though it's just a little bit further...

Stayed 2 nights with my 6yo daughter. And had a great time. Comfortable beds great breakfast. Incredibly friendly people too. We had a great Seaview and it was ideal for watching the Red Arrows. If I have a small issue it is no handwashing in the shared toilets. But that is minor. Great place.

My partner and I had a four night stay at the Sunbay guest house and, as before, had a room overlooking the sea. The room had been decorated since our last visit so it looked and felt fresh. Tea making facilities are good with biscuits being provided each day along with a bottle of mineral water. The room was tidied...

Clean, well run hotel. Landlady, lovely, charming and very helpful. Location fantastic, and views to die for. Breakfast was nice, but would prefer it to be spread out over a longer period as the dining room is quite cramped, especially when full. Because Breakfast is over a short period of time, it is mostly very busy. Cannot fault the hotel...

comfy bed, nice bedroom, clean and spotless. lovely old building so expect some quirks and special features! nice owners/managers. just we wanted for a weekend stay, in a nice quiet part of town but right on the beachfront and only a few minutes walk from the main part of town. couldn't fault it.
