A warm welcome by Paul on arrival, he carried my bag to our room, which was clean, well arranged, bright and airy. B&B positioned directly across the road from the beach, this made it very enjoyable to sit out and overlook. Breakfast was well cooked, full English. Paul was very knowledgeable of the area, advising of good places for an...

This was our second stay in the Sunbay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Brunswick Terrace is a small beach facing row of Georgian? buildings, all now pretty b&bs, with the Sunbay looking the best with its blue painted facade. The beach is directly in front of the houses, across a quiet non-through road. We had room 5, a small ensuite...

We had another 2 nights at the Sunbay in Weymouth and as before it was magical. Room 3 with the four poster bed again and the sound of the waves gently breaking on the beach.I will never tire of that wonderful sound. We stayed in the family room on the top floor, fabulous view and 3 proper single beds plus a double and an en suite shower. The beds were very comfortable, all 3 children slept really well and the sound of the sea was all we could hear at night. Great location close to the town centre with a nice walk...

This is a lovely welcoming B & B. We had the family room which was perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast was great and we would love to go back next year. The staff were very good and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and the shower was great.

From the start Lynda could not have been more welcoming, warm and friendly. We stayed in room 3 with a four poster bed and a spectacular view. The sound of the waves gently breaking on the beach was magical. Went to sleep and woke up with the sound. Breakfast was really good and the breakfast room was light with the...

Fantastic location so nice waking up to the sea. Very close to the town centre and attractions. The b&b itself is lovely staff are excellent and the food is amazing the only 2 downsides are the wi-fi doesn't reach past the 1st floor and the showers could do with updating but apart from that I would recommend staying here

Nice Guest House, with a grate view and access to the beach. Been to weymouth many times but this time we found the constant shouting by the owners off putting. Breakfast was fast and good quality sausage, bacon and beans.

We have just stayed 2 nights in room 7 at the Sunbay. It is a beautiful light clean b&b, fresh and bright throughout and in a row of quaint pretty buildings that face the sea. The beach is right in front of the b&b across a small quiet road- its a wonderful location! The room faced the back of the...
