I'm so disappointed with my last day I was made to feel I no longer mattered and was most put off returning. I hurt myself on the heat element of the sauna which could have hurt a child totally disgusted. No help offered I was made to feel I lied about the locker not working and told you need another...

Weve just returned from our 4 day stay here and I'm so disappointed. We booked 2 lodges which they kindly put us next door, wonderful start. We were in 186 and 187. 187 was great, lovely and warm (rubbish shower but hey). 186 however smelt of urine, had a gap in the door so it had a constant draft coming...

Hired a 3 bedroom Weymouth plus lodge 226,when we walked in it was dirty and grubby blinds in the bathroom and kitchen were broken,The floor was filthy throughout, the kitchen worktops had burn holes in them and a cupboard door was hanging off its hinges. There was not enough cooking utensils for our family, all in all a very poor...

Have been to Warmwell on three occasions now. We stayed in the Dorchester Lodges, they are just like home from home and make an excellent holiday home. The site is good , very well kept with lots to do. Swimming is good and the lifeguards help set up evening fun times like splash night or wet and wild, the kids...

Travelled from Wiltshire for a long weekend, check in was fine, pleasant reception staff. The lodge (227), is situated on the island of one of the lakes with its own veranda, stunning views, the ducks joined us for breakfast and we did notice a large badger one evening disappearing under the lodge. The lodge is very spacious, lovely furnishings throughout,...

We stayed in a 3 bedroom lodge (no.63) Lodge was not new but was spotlessly clean with beds comfortable rather than luxurious. Good sized rooms and bathroom.Kitchen well equipped but would have been helpful to have some basic instructions for the cooker.Large veranda which was fenced and gated meaning the dog could wander outside without escaping. For anyone with small...

Well as a regular parkdean holiday family we had never been to the Warmwell site before. It was an absolute pleasure. The lodges were peaceful and tranquil and filled with all the items you'd need to make your stay great. We enjoyed our morning ritual of being greeted by the resident deers. The site was packed with things to do...

Staying in the top of the range ( for dogs) chesil lodge- incredible! Number 120, Beautiful quiet part of the park, huge verandah and grassy little garden, still looking for the deer they are evading me at present! The lodge is incredible- spotlessly clean, washing machine is a bonus as muddy dog walking season! Worth every penny and that's why...

Hi Karen, It sounds like you really enjoyed your holiday and that all aspects were just right :-) It's disappointing that the Deer were hiding, I hope you were able to spot them before you left. Thanks for your lovely comments and we hope to see you again soon. ^Emma

Booked a charminster lodge to share with my husband, friends, 1 year old and our two dogs. We usually stay at Haven caravan sites but decided to give warmwell a try and we are so glad that we did! Gorgeous lodge which offered plenty of space, we never felt cramped up together, clean & tidy, every bedroom had a tv,...
