Great to find a B&B that has parking and is central to everything that Bowness has to offer. We stayed for one night and were warmly welcomed on arrival. The room was comfortable and although the shower room was very small, it had a great,...More

Thank you for your good review we're very pleased you enjoyed your stay & hope we see you again soon.
Quaint and quirky. Good service and great breakfast. Good location just a small walk to the lake. First time to Lake District. Loved it. The owners were accommodating and helpful. Would recommend for a couple of nights while exploring the immediate area.

5 people you would need 3 rooms as all our rooms are for maximum 2 people sharing. So you would have to have 4 people in 2 rooms & 1 person as a single occupancy of a double room. You can book dirext with us by phone or e mail or on Trip Advisor. You can either get a taxi, bus or walk from the train station, a taxi would cost approx. £4/5.00 & take about 10 minutes depending on traffic, the bus would be about £2.00 & take approx. 20 mins or you could walk which would take you about 30 mins. Thanks for your message & I hope we hear from you soon.
