the hosts are excellent and very helpful. breakfast in the morning is fantastic. rooms have everything you need and the location can't be beaten for access to the lakes and a drink in the pub afterwards! for any dog owners the place is dog friendly and so are most of the shops and pubs nearby :)

Great room especially as we booked short notice. Breakfast amazing. Great homemade biscuits for us and the dogs which would be great everyday! Front door a bit dodgy as on busy road . We will be back. Excellent location

This B&B certainly delivered all it promised. Arrived early but our room was ready and we were made welcome. Home made biscuits in the rom. Tea and coffee making facilities, hair drier, Fridge could be plugged in if required ( for beers or wine?) Plenty of storage space, hangers and towels. Told a corkscrew was available in the public area...

This little guest house is lovely. We were welcomed with homemade biscuits and a dog biscuit for Winston Barnes Brunel III (our little English bulldog) which was a thoughtful touch. The room was lovely with a four poster bed and jacuzzi bath, great to soak in as we were caught out in the rain! The location was excellent, a stones...

Great place to stay, lovely room overlooking one of the main streets, four poster bed, very small shower and separate toilet, but adequate. 2 mins walk to the lake. Hotel does not have on site parking, however you can park at the belsfield hotel which is just across the road. We found the stay really great and would stay there...

lovely guest house,we stayed for 2 nights,our room was nice and spacious with a 4 poster bed and the spa bath was great for my husband who has a bad back,the royal oak pub next door was lovely the staff were really friendly and the food was really nice and reasonably priced would definitely stay again next time were up...

Nice place, nice breakfast and very welcoming. Even had a homemade treat for our dog. It's hard to come by a decent place that allows dog's so this was a pleasant surprise, very happy with our stay. The cottage is ideally located in the heart of the town giving easy access within seconds! The car park is at the Belford but again 2 seconds away. The owners are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We asked for a pet friendly room and it's small but has everything you need! Beaut little bathroom very modern (great shower)...

Good location with parking in a nearby hotel- permit provided.Mind how you go out of the front door- you are straight on to the road. Room clean and comfortable,shower good( once I worked out how to switch from one shower head to the other) Breakfast very good.You request the evening before. Kettle etc in room,lovely biscuits.
