Hotel has undergone recent refurbishment and the new rooms are of a very high standard. Old building which has been modernised with taste. Lift to all floors is a little slow but has not diminished or taken away any of the character of the building....More

Good afternoon, the Abbey House Hotel is located about 1.5 miles outside of Barrow (and our hotel), on the same road as the Duke of Edinburgh Hotel. There aren't any hotels any closer, that I'm aware of. Best regards The... More
