Positioned in close proximity of the beach on a no through road which enjoys great views of the sea and the English Riviera Bay, this is an ideal place to stay while exploring the activities of Devon's multitude of attractions. we stayed at the Preston Sands for one night and that was plenty. the hotel was clean, the sheets and towels were clean and the beds comfy but the overall finish and standard was very tired indeed. The staff though friendly were cold and indifferent and seemed not to care. The views are outstanding and if this is all that...

I was in the hotel this time last year, which was my 2nd break there. A coach load of us go and they are on their way back from their 3rd year break. I love the place. Staff are friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. There's a lift if your not feeling too energetic. Breakfast menu is very good. Large selection....

Stayed for two nights last weekend with our friends, as part of a Breakaways deal. Nice welcome from Eddie, the manager and Mark, the bar man. Apparently the rooms on the deal are all at the back, overlooking the railway line but there was one room left, albeit with twin beds, with a sea view so we paid the little...
