Not child orientated, hot plate served for child in high chair, too bigger meals and sweet served in tall glasses, also no co-ordination on service, having to wait for courses to arrive when everybody else had nearly finished theirs

We stayed one night for a function which was quite well attended. The building a appears quite historic, in places the decor was well worn & tired but redecoration of the staircase is in progress, understandable for the time of the year. The extent of the works was not advised although apologies for inconvenience were displayed.

We live locally a d went to the Redcliffe to dine for the first time with another couple in the week preceding Christmas for a special set a la carte menu lunch. The food was excellent, tasty, hot, and served by friendly courteous staff. Although the hotel was quiet at the time, only 4 of us and 2 other diners,...

Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. Food excellent, service great particularly Daniel who served us dinner on the first night. We are not easy to please and just couldn't find fault, oh, perhaps a smile from the two lady receptionists wouldn't come amiss. Would love to stay again.

We spent a 3 day Christmas all-inclusive break here this year and I can honestly say that it was superb. The 'room' was actually two rooms plus bathroom. We asked for a sea view and it would be difficult to have better. The staff went way beyond the norm, were so friendly and helpful and played a major role in...

Lunch with my grandparents in the bar area. Food was very tasty but the service whilst polite was very slow. Also tables not the most comfy if you are tall/have long legs! Lovely Christmas decorations.

Fancying a change and having a Christmas Dinner out, I booked a table for four in the Paris Singer Restaurant at the Redcliffe Hotel just before Christmas. We were amazed that only one other table was booked for the lunchtime of the 23rd December .. as the menu offered and the price were excellent. Food was superb, we had a...

The hotel is directly on the front by the beach. Very welcoming and comfortable but our room was a little tired although scrupously clean. Food and service were excellent and the indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym were very good. Just a short walk from the town centre and direct bus links to Torquay, Brixham and Dartmouth.
