This is a lovely old fashioned hotel with excellent amenities, pool, ballroom and traditional silver service type restaurant. And it's right by the sea with great views and the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep. If you want to be very casual or prefer the perfection of a bland international corporate hotel go elsewhere. It's more like going...

Lovely room with a sea view, but due to my husband being in a wheelchair there were a lot of stairs in and around the hotel which made it very difficult although the staff were very helpful. The leasure facilities were really good and very clean.

I have stayed for 2 nights twice in the last few months, the first in an incredibly generous family room (actually 2 suites with connecting inner door, 2 TVs, 2 bathrooms) and this last week with my partner where we swam daily in th indoor pool, took saunas, and soaked in the steam room. Bliss!. On my second visit, we...

It will be tragic if this hotel gets a modern makeover. It's a gem of mid twentieth centuary grand hotel style with the advantage of great internet access and modern liesure facilities. Food is good and not pretentious and the table service is friendly and genteely old fashioned in the best possible way. Give it a try if you savour...

The two great strengths of this hotel are the location and the excellent staff. Everyone - the cleaners, housekeeper, reception and restaurant staff were without fail, charming, friendly and helpful. We felt they really were interested in our pleasure. The dinners and breakfasts were tasty, hot or cold where appropriate and silver service. Our room (125) was clean and comfortable...

We stayed at the Redcliffe Hotel in Feburuary 2016, it's clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is lovely, hot tub, sauna and jacuzzi are great as well. The bed was hard, lumpy we could feel the springs. It was like they left the mattress off and we were sleeping on the box spring. We went to Lidl and bought...
