I am lucky enough to have stayed here with work on several occasions and cannot fault the restaurant, the welcome received and service from all of the staff here on each occasion. I have never had such consistently excellent food in a hotel; if a seafood fan you will not be disappointed although the meat options and vegetarian I have...

This hidden gem is a must. Hubby took me on our anniversary for a romantic meal. As an avid fish lover I wasn't disappointed and in fact, spoilt for choice. Lovely cosy ambience. Thank you for helping us to make nice memories.

After a bracing walk on a stormy day we called into The Rocks for a late lunch as my friend had eaten there a few times. A lovely warm welcome and cosy fire . Excellent seafood and very good service . I wish I lived closer but definitely recommend and hope to return someday .

Fabulous staff. Really happy and friendly. Can't praise them or this place enough What a fantastic and accommodating restaurant Sunday lunch. Not only gave me a roast with fish instead of meat, but offered alternative fish to what was on menus No problem was the order of the day! So I had sea bream with roast and they pepped up...

We had an excellent time at the Rocks last week. Nothing was too much trouble for the team there who were amazingly helpful and friendly - from the initial phone enquiry until we left. Rooms had beautiful views and the food was excellent.

We were given time to choose from the Christmas menu, I went for the chicken liver pate which was served with crackers and salad and it...

Had another great meal. Food is fresh and very tasty using all local and good quality ingredients. Staff are so attentive that you feel special the minute you step in the door and they can't do enough for you. Sticky toffee pudding is to die for. Don't forget the coffee and the tablet to finish.

I can't fault this establishment in any way having spent over 15 years in the catering trade myself the rooms/restaurant /reception and communal areas where all immaculately clean myself and my partner stayed here for her birthday treat and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and professional the staff are, after a minor hicup with our booking we where comped...
