Lovely room, very clean, very comfortable bed, great breakfast. We will defiantly use this hotel again. The owners were very friendly and warm. An ice bucket was asked for and put in our room for our use for when we got back as their bar closes quite early, which was not an issue for us. Thank you for a great...

Their full English breakfast is amazingly good. Very accommodating host and allowed us to keep our luggage at reception after we checked out. Comfy beds and the location is a few minutes walk from the attractions in shanklin. Will definitely come back for the summer!

What a very nice place. Our original room was OK but due to lack of Wi-Fi and young kids the owners moved us without delay. The room we finally had was excellent. Beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds. Breakfast was good if not great and the staff extremely friendly. Parking easy too. And Shanklin is highly recommended for any family.

We stayed here overnight while visiting the Isle of Wight. The family room was comfortable and clean. The owners cooked us breakfast to order in the morning, which was delicious. Great location close to the "old town" and the newer high street. All in all a great place to stay.

Warm and friendly welcome from Hayley, plus a courtesy call from her a few hours before we checked in to make sure everything was ok. Great location, a few minutes walk into the town, and around ten minutes to the beach. Hotel decor quirky and eccentric, although our good sized family room was simply furnished. Spotlessly clean throughout. Excellent buffet...

Stayed 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my birthday at this stylish bed and breakfast. Hayley and Nick made us very welcome and we felt at home. The decor is wonderful throughout and the bed was very comfortable. Nick's cooked us fabulous breakfasts - beware if you are a small eater as the full English breakfast is HUGE....

Very comfortable, friendly and excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and we quickly settled in . The room we had was very spacious and all the facilities were fine. The decor is interesting and if you like by gone times mixed with a modern element this place has it. The garden is well equipped for families especially with young...

Beautiful b&b within easy walking distance of both the town and the beach. Hayley was a fantastic host even though it was the end of a busy season and the breakfast was faultless. The hotel is full of little nicknacks and the rooms are all beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable.

I booked here for 3 nights after reading the reviews I was not disappointed. Home from home, clean, lovely breakfast, good size rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and a great location. We were all very happy with our stay as a party of 5. The only negative thing is that we had to leave.
