Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis at the Empress Hotel. Lovely decor and facilities, staff friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had a huge selection of cold and hot food, accompanied with tea/coffee and fruit juices.Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

There's a ground floor entrance but reception need to be called to open the door if it's needed between 11am and 5pm when the area is not manned. We have no walkin showers or disabled friendly rooms unfortunately.
