Over night stay in Whitley bay and experienced service from owners that really care. Triple room with the most comfortable beds and bedding you could ask for. Towels so fluffy and fresh. Lots of coffee and tea in the room with seating and en suite bathroom. This morning we woke up to the smell of breakfast and what a treat... More

Great welcome from very friendly owner. Clean and comfortable with delicious fresh breakfast. Choice of fresh fruit, cereals and lovely cooked options. Recommend for short stay in Whitley Bay. Family room quite small but adequate.

Stayed on business. Friendly landlady who keeps the place spotless. Warm rooms with comfortable beds, strong wifi and tea and coffee facilities. Well cooked breakfast. Free parking on street outside and a short walk to restaurants and beach. Not luxurious, but good value, decent accommodation for those on a budget.

The land lady is extremely polite and friendly as well as giving us some great tips on where to eat. The location is great which is only 1min walk to the sea as well as a 10 min walk to restaurants and the amusement park. We had a very small room that was not easy moving around however we had... A very friendly welcome from the proprietor Hardeep, a more than adequate well equipped room with a Seaview.. very clean and tidy and a quality full english breakfast, including a choice of cereals and fresh fruit. Excellent value for money. I shall... More

Stayed at this guest house for one night only but was very impressed with the cleanliness and welcome afforded us by the owner. The breakfast was most enjoyable too and I cannot fault this B & B. Would recommend to anyone visiting Whitley Bay.

A small B&B . The place itself is spotless really clean. The only fault we could find was that the family room that was given to us was a very small, even the en'suite was tiny. There was no shower gel supplied until we asked for it. The lady that runs this is very helpful and friendly she does it... More

Our room was in the converted attic/loft with a very small shower en-suite. When the very heavy rain started the noise on the dormer roof was horrific. Cooked breakfast £ 5 was very good especially the fresh fruit was delicious Free parking was a bonus.

Rooms comfortable amd spotless. Thoroughly enjoyed breakfast. Its really down to the marvellous hostess who was really lovely and nothing was too much. Other guests were as complimentary about aabba too. Right near beach, no parking isdues. Next time will deal direct when booking rather than booking.com. Thanks for fab stay.
