Excellent hosts, beautiful and interesting house in good location. Spotless, good attention to detail and excellent breakfast with tasty home produce. Superb evening restaurant recommendation within walking distance especially if you like fish/seafood - Little's.

Great, freshly decorated and comfy room. Excellent use of space in bathroom, and a warm welcome. No hesitation in recommending Rosebank house, it was lovely. The bed was comfy, lovely crisp clean sheets and I was only sad I couldn't stay longer.

We were greeted warmly by both Aoife & Jim followed by tea and warm scones in the garden ; later a gentle walk into town for dinner followed by a blissful sleep in a lovely room with an amazingly comfortable bed The Wifi reception is superb and , having caught up on our e-mail's , we then enjoyed a delicious...

Stayed for 3 nights in early May. Aoife and Jim welcomed us with delicious homemade scones and tea. Everything was excellent and my sister and I could not have wished for a more comfortable and happy short break. Our hosts were endlessly helpful and the food was first rate. I would go back again if only for the superb homemade...

The owners, Jim & Aoife are a delight and make an extra effort to make sure you enjoy your stay. They are in the process of a major upgrade and our room was lovely. Large , airy with plenty of room to relax and to quietly enjoy reading our papers. Lovely shower room with everything provided. Fluffy towels and a...

Last Thursday I noticed the weather for the weekend was going to be great in Perthshire. My hubby and I decided to try book accommodation last minute and get away with our dog. We initially searched around the Pitlochry area but nothing was coming up that wasn't ridiculous money. Rosebank house kept appearing in my searches and I was curious...

Thank you so much for such a lovely review. It was a pleasure to have you stay here and it's lovely to know that you enjoyed it. What a pity that a log fire was needed, we would have preferred to serve your tea and scones in the garden, but it was good to see you relaxing after such a...

Jim made me the most amazing breakfasts each day and the room I stayed in was super comfortable. This is great value for money and a real hidden gem. If spending...

Ah Colin, one of our very favourite guests. We so enjoyed having you here, and we're so glad that you felt you were well taken care of. Jim's breakfasts are becoming quite famous, with new additions and daily specials being added regularly. We would love to see you back again, either on your own or with your family.

Thoroughly recommend Rosebank House, (we have stayed there before). The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. There was a huge selection of homemade produce available, and we loved the interaction with the owners, who were most helpful. Highly recommended.

Aoife and Jim are welcoming and friendly hosts, from the moment we arrived until we left. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with an extra homely touch from some homemade biscuits on the tea tray. Breakfast excellent. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.
