I love the Rosebank. Staying for business Aoife and Jim open their home in an extremely welcoming way that definitely makes travelling less stressful. Breakfast is great and they are very accommodating about anything you could need.

A beautifully presented guest house. Our room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Aoife and Jim made us very welcome on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even left two bottles of whisky for us to have a drink when we came back from our evening out. The breakfast was lovely, all locally...

Really friendly and welcoming. The little homemade extras were special. Forget Tesco finest range, you haven't tasted a cookie until you've had a Rosebank cookie. Breakfast was good local fare. Would definitely stay there again.

What a lovely B&B Rosebank House is. Aoife & Jim were so welcoming. Hot tea & homemade scones & jam were a lovely gesture on arrival. Our rooms were beautiful. Such comfy beds with beautiful linen & all the many little extras that make a stay in a B&B more like a stay in a favourite family members home. Breakfast...

Lovely hosts, nice spacious room and excellent breakfast. I have to say though that I was a bit disappointed at the first sight of the exterior. The grounds and the house itself looked not very well maintained, lots of chipped paint on the building, the grounds and garden looked quite messy. So don't judge by the outside but I think...

Having phoned ahead, we arrived rather later than we planned which was absolutely no problem for Jim and Aoife, our delightful hosts, who gave us a really warm welcome. The Most Comfortable Beds in The World made getting up in the morning something of a wrench. However the breakfast is totally worth it. Fantastic cooked breakfast including locally reared bacon,...

We had a wonderful 1 night stay at Rosebank. The hosts are very welcoming and made you feel at home, with thoughtful touches such as homemade biscuits, bottles of water and toiletries making the stay comfortable and special.
