Booked after staying there last year for a short golfing trip with eight in the party. Wasn't very good last year and has not improved. No hot water on arrival, or indeed till next day and then only for a short while to some of our rooms and then none the day after. A TV that pixilated badly but that...

Stayed here for the Yomp, for a few nights actually checked out early as my own house much more comfy. Had rooms in the annex part, which are very basic indeed but it was clean. Was actually out of the hotel for the most part but the customer service was hit and miss. They weren't too happy with people coming...

I stayed at this hotel with my parents. We have 2 rooms and they gave us rooms on the top floor. However, this hotel do not have elevator so we had to carry 3 huge suitcases by stair. They refused to switch us to rooms on the lower level although they have rooms and gave it to other guests. The...

From the moment we walked in to this hotel we knew we were on a winner. Christine at reception was most welcoming and even upgraded our room which impressed us greatly. The friendliness shown towards us by all the staff was exceptional. Couldn't ask for anything better. The room was spacious and the ensuite had the largest and best towels...

Visited for a meal on Saturday night. I was very surprised at how accommodating this venue is to GF dining. We are local and this will be our new regular haunt to ensure we can all eat together rather than cooking for my 7 year before we go out, which defeats the point in a meal out. Very impressed.

Stayed at the Royal hotel for the weekend, On check in, Laura at reception was so friendly. The food was excellent, the fish and chips were to die for. The bar had a great atmosphere with locals, staff and guests all having a great bit of banter between them, I was in tears with laughter. All the bar staff were...

We had a good-sized room looking over the town. Staff were very pleasant, and the restaurant offered good meals and friendly service. The location is very central, providing the opportunity for a easy walk through the town of Blairgowrie.

Stayed here for the Cateran Yomp. The room could do with a lick of paint but if all you need it for is a bed for the night then this is ideal. Clean bedding and towels. Shower very powerful. TV in the room and WIFI. Breakfast was very nice, it was help yourself. The only downfall really was there wasn't...
