We have just spent three nights at this gem in Kingussie.

Proprietor Norrie Hannah could not have been more helpful while our plans continually changed. Unfortunately we were ultimately not able to stay at Arden House, but we will make effort to stay there soon. Norrie is a consummate professional and warm human being.

Was such a friendly atmosphere from the minute we arrived till we checked out big spacious rooms breakfast was superb the owners always had time for a chat or advice about the area surrounding the hotel

Sorry this is a bit late but you can catch a train to Dalwhinnie from Kingussie. Not very frequent so check first. 1km walk to distillery from station.
