Travelling back to Fife from Inverness, my mum (wheelchair bound) needed to go to the loo and we stopped at this hotel. We asked the owner if it would be possible to use the facilities and without any hesitation, he opened all the doors to allow access for my mum and very kindly gave us time to use the disabled...

Absolutely shocked at the customer service of this hotel, I have sent several emails and phone calls within their working hours of 10-4 the last straw was contacting hotel through Facebook to try book for our annual visit to Kingussie to which I was instructed to email no apologies or explanation except they receive a high number of calls. Passing through the Cairngorms we needed a quick stop-off for one night and managed to book at short notice into one of the four-poster bedrooms, with a lovely big en-suite bathroom. Friendly and helpful welcome, comfy bed. Sadly no time to try the food etc, but would definitely consider staying there again.

Unfortunately we were leaving late and did not dine in the restaurant but looking through the window the atmosphere looked amazing very well presented not to busy not to quiet which would have been perfect for the 2 of us,...

Upon arrival we made our way to the reception, and were warmly welcomed. The woman who checked us in asked if we would like a tour of the hotel and it's grounds, which I thought was a lovely touch, and definitely made us feel very welcome. However we had been traveling for several hours and it was quite dark so...

I stayed two nights in the Penthouse Suite with my other half in September and we were incredibly happy with the hotel. The hotel itself is of a very high standard, the food was delicious and there was a reasonable selection of beers and whiskies (which is always important, let's face it!). Our suite was lovely, relaxing and fairly luxurious...
