My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights b&b mid September and were really pleased. There was a great welcome where the new covid safe procedures were explained. The owners have gone to a lot of trouble to keep everyone safe whilst not making life difficult for guests. We were able to restock our room with fresh cups, drinks, towels etcetera whenever we needed them without having to ask. In place of a cooked breakfast there is an excellent grab and go option included in the price which can either be breakfast or lunch. We had lunch both days and would highly recommend it! The location is really peaceful and well placed for exploring the surrounding area. We definitely hope to stay here again when we come back to North Devon.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at this extremely well run establishment , Alison met us and gave us all the information we need ,they are Covid ready for guests we all felt very safe sanitizers before you even entered accommodation. We were booked for B&B but because of Covid 19 we were given option of breakfast pack for our rooms or packed lunch which we opted for .well done it was amazing two lovely fresh rolls large pot of fresh fruit crisps cake and water, beautiful freshness . Top class cleanliness in our rooms due to Covid they didn’t enter the rooms to clean we were happy with that arrangement .we will be back again brilliant area with lots to do .thankyou Alison for our lovely SAFE STAY at this very organised Covid aware place Lizzie Perry Maggie Alan grandkids from Kent x

This was a lovely B&B, excellent location, equally placed between Woolacombe and Ilfracombe, but within easy travelling distance (10-15 mins) to Croyde, Combe Martin and Watermouth Cove. Alison gave us a friendly welcome and was very accommodating. 2020 has been an extremely difficult year for hoteliers but Alison's standards of maintaining social distancing, cleanliness and yet ensuring a lovely relaxing and welcoming stay were amazing. I have read some other reviews about last minute cancellations and whilst I have no direct knowledge of how these circumstances came about I found Alison to be very diligent and honest and can only assume that the highly unusual lockdown issues of 2020 may have played a part. We did not experience any such problems. The packed lunch/packed breakfast option was a brilliant compromise & useful for beach picnics. Staying on a farm was very relaxing. The room was a good size and had lots of homely touches. The beds were also comfy. In short, this was a great B&B in a prime yet quiet location, lovely for families with small children, safe, relaxing with good sized, clean rooms. We shall certainly be back!

An excellent location, especially if going on the ferry to Lundy. A lovely farm atmosphere with ducks, goats and other livestock. Rooms are ordinary but when you can sit out on the patio and watch the animals it doesn't matter, a room is just for sleeping in and these were clean and had comfortable beds. The covid precautions were top rate and I felt very safe at this accommodation. I would recommend the farm and would happily stay here again. If going on the ferry to Lundy the taxi to the harbour cost £8.50.

We recently stayed at this wonderful B and B. Alison and Adrian are amazing hosts ably assisted by Alison's parents.

We arrived late because of the traffic but were able to update our hosts who were very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Upon arrival we were shown to our very pleasant spacious room which was well appointed.

Our bed was really comfy and the quietness of the room was just what we wanted after escaping from our hectic city lives.

Breakfast was a choice of scrumptious takeaway boxes or a sandwich in the dining room, there was a choice so as we were staying several days we chose to do a different box daily. All were exceptional and packed with local food and I wont spoil the surprise by saying what they were.

Centrally located between Ilfracombe and Woolacombe we were able to go to both areas and Adrian used his knowledge of being in the local coastguard to point out the quieter places to go.

I would certainly recommend Mullacott Farm and we will be returning as there is more to explore in the area. Ilfracombe is such a quaint town with many fine eating establishments.

We stayed in rooms 1 & 2 - 2 couples visiting Lundy for 2 days. It was a perfect location and Alison and Adrien knew so well how it all worked so prompted us on what we needed to do and when. They provided a brilliant home made lunch which actually was so generous that we had it over 2 days! Alisons home made fruit cake was the best ever. The rooms were cosy and exceptionally clean and sanitised. The patio was perfect for a morning coffee with our friends. £8 taxi to the town centre which is v reasonable.

Stayed here in August 2021 for two nights with my wife and two young children, and Mullacott Farm fitted the bill perfectly. Ideally situated just outside Ilfracombe and a short drive to Woolacombe Beach, room was immaculately clean and well-equipped. Farm is in a beautiful location and the hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I enjoyed two of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time and, considering I was sharing a room with a 1 and 4 year old, that's quite some feat! Blinds blacked out the room such that they both overslept and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Highly recommended - had a fabulous couple of days in North Devon, and already planning our next trip!

We booked online through Expedia (be careful if you choose this as it may just get cancelled). We had confirmation it was booked, we planned our activities - our children got excited. 5 days after booking, yes 5, the owner called to tell us that my booking must have occurred at the same time as someone else! I am unsure why it then took 5 days to let us know - very poor! I know what I think happened? Money talks!!! Just beware if not booking directly!

Brilliantly appointed and very comfortable rooms - and a wonderfully friendly welcome from Allison and Adrian. Our travel arrangements to Lundy Island were uncertain when I booked the accommodation but they accommodated our ever-changing plans with no concerns at all. If you want to spend time in North Devon this is the place to stay - and, if you are travelling to Lundy Island, there is the option to leave your car at the Farm. This is the best B&B I've stayed in, probably, in the whole of the UK. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Just left after a wonderful overnight stay and parking for the car for the weekend whilst we head to lundy Island.

Owners were most helpful prior to coming and so helpful and accommodating, even offering to be our taxi for us when local firms were unavailable.

Room was lovely and comfortable. Top quality toiletries and tea and coffee and our packed lunch looks DELICIOUS!

Thank you so much! When we go to lundy again we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!!!

Thankyou!
