My wife and I started our week long break in the West Country by spending 2 very pleasant nights at the farm. As previous reviewers have mentioned the converted barn which provides the accommodation is over a hundred years old so the wall are a bit thin and the floorboards creak a bit but that just all adds to the...

Room was very clean, good size and all necessary amenities. Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful in terms of choice and quantity. Owners were very friendly and helpful - suggested a local pub for our evening meal which was also very good. Very good price and we were able to park the car for the week whilst we were...

We were welcomed warmly by the owner and she had prepared us with vegan/veggie packed breakfasts ready for our early morning start! The bedrooms were large, clean, cosy, and the shower was fantastic. Highly recommend the farm and we'll be staying again for sure! x

We were given a groundfloor room off the breakfast room The upstairs guests were very noisy the floor boards creaked which can't be helped due to the age of the place but still what you don't want Walls too very thin and we could hear next door TV and talking The room was very homely and clean I felt the...

Thank you for your review. As you acknowledge, the barn is 100 years old, and so isn’t a sterile concrete soundproof box, but a building full of character and original features. The walls are standard width, and have also been treated with acoustic wallpaper, which helps absorb sound. Unfortunately we are still affected by the actions of other guests in...

If you are looking for a few days break on a farm in Devon - go to Mullacott Farm. Situated within easy reach of the amazing Woolacombe beach and the delightful Ilfracombe, Mullacott Farm is ideally placed. Spacious, clean rooms, lots of animals, rolling hills, helpful staff and a great breakfast. Can't beat it.

Thank Mark L
