Never again. I think the only people in here had half price voucher deals! Even they werent happy. Others seemed to be on cheap package deals. Really battered around the edges this place, but clean and tidy. Old fashioned bathroom and ancient beds with blankets ????. little choice for dinner and it was awful anyway. Stay away b

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Room was clean and tidy with plenty of space, a note was left in room asking us not to use too many towels?? However our room was on the top floor and the lift was out of order so lots & lots of stairs. Really felt sorry for the elderly guests staying...

We spent 3 nights at the Grosvenor Hotel. There were 8 steps up to the front door, difficult for taking luggage in. Were told there were only 6 spaces for parking and that these had been taken. Luckily we did manage to squeeze into a space. We had booked a twin room and were given the Belgrave Suite. This had a...

We had a lovely long weekend staying in Grosvenor. It's outlook does put us off a little but the service and the quality makes the difference. I really like the receptionist called Megan. She is always so polite and patient and all staff work extremely hard. This hotel really was a treat to us. We enjoyed our dinner on our...

We visited last year during the floods and so went back again to see the area with better weather. We were lucky this time as the sun shone the whole five days. The hotel is still very good value for money although we felt there wasn't as much choice at dinner time. The food however is good, except for the...
