This holiday park used to belong to John Fowler it has been taken over by greens. They have spent money smarting the place up but work still seems to be in progress, come the summer season hopefully it will be done. The silver apartments were adequate but by far better than a caravan. The club lacked sky sports but had...

We stayed in a silver two bed apartment for a week in the Easter holidays with our two children and doggie. First impressions of the outside of the apartment were very good looked lovely, inside was a slightly different matter. The bedding was spotlessly clean and bedrooms a good size with lots of storage, that's where it ends. The apartment...

Just like Dan's last review, Dont let the poor review's put you off. This place is a little run down and need updating, but it is a great place for a base. The double bed was uncomfortable, bit the place was clean. Would i stay here again? YES The on site shop is very small but not expensive. All the...

Don't let the title put you off, this park is a good one, but will be better. We stayed in chalet 131, which turns out is one for the other ones. The pictures tell the story, dated and in need of a refurbishment, which is exactly what they are in process of. The photos are as we were about to...

You may have visited the sets at Harry Potter World or even the sets of Coronation Street and Emmerdale, well here it's like visiting the set of the Chatsworth estate from the Channel 4 series Shameless !!!! The rooms were filthy and falling apart, the site itself is ancient and in need of ripping down. Even the staff behind reception,...

Stayed here over the Easter weekend with my family. The 2 bedroom apartment was decorated well. All apliances were working within the apartment (heating, shower, dishwasher). However, the sofa does need replacing as was slightly uncomfortable, but as we were not there much then it didn't really bother us. The swimming pool was Luke warm, but they had engineers there...

We chose this park because it was dog friendly and I saw a late deal offering a good price. We booked a 3 bedroom bronze chalet and if you read other reviews that say the gold accommodation is disappointing then don't book the bronze! Check-in is from 4.00pm which I consider fairly late. We did get to the park early...

We stayed in Gold units that are yet to be refurbished but they were clean and well equipped (love the dishwasher) and we certainly got our monies worth, Food in the restaurant was excellent and again really good value with huge portions. Entertainment was good too the teenagers were happy which is always a bonus! It isn't the Hilton but...

We arrived early on Good Friday, and our accommodation wasn't ready, so we walked down the hill into Ilfracombe, which, on this Bank Holiday weekend is a buzzy little town with plenty to see and do and a sandy beach in the harbour. The walk back is steep, but we found a shortcut direct from harbour to holiday park, so...

Mix up with accommodation but friendly and helpful staff sorted for us. Food at the site wasn't great. Club was large and a great play area for the kids. Pools were good size but cold and changing rooms minimal, no cubicles and hairdryer not working. We've had two sickly children since but could be just a coincidence??
