Visited for a weekend and stayed in a family room. Reception helpful and the bar area was nice although very little atmosphere. Drinks quite a bit more expensive than other pubs/bars in Tenby although as a seasonal location I guess it's to be expected. Room was a good size and the view was breathtaking over the harbour as the sun...

Very spacious & clean rooms however, extremely dated. This hotel is in DESPERATE need of modernising. It stands out like a sore thumb compared to the bright colourful surrounding buildings. £90 per night a tad steep for what it is

Me and my husband wanted a break and decided to stay just one night in Tenby. After travelling to the hotel by motorbike we arrived at 10.30am. We were really pleased when we were told that our room was ready and were given our keys there and then. This meant that we could dump our bags and spend the entire...

Stayed for 2 nights April 28/29 2017. Our room was on the first floor overlooking Carmarthen Bay and the Harbour and the veiw was absolutely stunning. Accommodation is a little tired but to be honest it's due to the age of the building not because of neglect. Rooms very spacious, clean and well heated, if anything we turned the radiators...

Only went in for a few drinks ended up staying longer than anticipated, and the bar staff were lovely and friendly! Interior was welcoming and homely, but the outside doesn't do the inside justice, would definitely recommend them spending some money on the outside for refurbishment!

Awful the place is in need of a major makeover. We booked on booking.com and was shocked with the room. The view is lovely but the curtains were more like rags with rips and dirty , there was a big gap under the door you were able to put your foot underneath and still space, from outside the room you...

Hotel is in need of refurbishment. Looks very shabby, dirty windows. Room was ok but furniture needs updating. Could be really lovely with more attention and money spending on hotel. Breakfast was very good in a lovely traditional room but again could do with updating. Lovely location by North Beach.

For anyone that is thinking of staying in Tenby please don't get put off by the reviews. Myself and 9 others stayed here this weekend after dreading it by reading the reviews. However, it is not at all dirty and by far cold! Staff are lovely and the location is perfect with the best view.
