Jan and Rob ensure your stay is comfortable, homely, friendly and informative. Breakfast really sets you up for the day. The position in town is excellent. Near the sea front, quiet, just off one of the main streets with side sea views from Room 7. Bathroom has limited ceiling height but this was not a problem for me. Room 8...

The first hotel I will be calling if I'm to stay another weekend in Tenby. My pregnant wife and I stayed for the ironman weekend in September. Jan and Rob couldn't do enough for us. From making my wife and I feel welcome to even jumping in and helping me park the car when we got there at 10pm. The...

The proprietors, Jan and Rob, are genuinely welcoming and customer-oriented. Booking with them over the phone from Canada was a breeze. The location is great – close to both the town center and the water. We especially loved the Welsh breakfasts; and the front lounge has one of the most comfortable armchairs on the planet – great to sink into...

Jan and Rob are brilliant at making you feel at home as soon as you step through the door. The rooms were always very clean and tidy and I never had a single problem. They were always happy to get up earlier than usual to make me breakfast and also a pack lunch. There is now even super fast WiFi...

We booked a family room at fairly late notice for two nights midweek based on the good Trip Advisor reviews. Jan was the most wonderful host, welcoming us from our long journey with tea and squash for the children. The room was ready early for us and the owner Jan had made extra effort to ensure our children's dietary requirements...

Fantastic holiday, Jan & Rob are so helpful nothing is ever to much trouble. Breakfast is delicious, we never need to eat dinner. Rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy. My 2 Children absolutely loved it, so close to the beach & a great view from our bay window.

Just spent a fab 4 nights here with my wife for a little getaway. Great location for the beach and town. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and spotless. Awesome breakfasts that kept us going all day. Jan and Rob are wonderful hosts and couldn't be more welcoming. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.
