There are 6 spaces so very doubtful you will get one. The nearest car park is just a few mins away but toptip take plenty of pound coins as the machine does not take notes and no phone pay option, there is an office but it was closed when we arrived so you may be able to pay with a card. There is a multi storey a bit further away. It was £8 for 24 hours or £6 if you pay after 6pm and collect before 8am have a good time

Sorry you had such a bad time at this Hotel. Regrettably most of the points you raised were a repeat of ours there back in 2010.
At the time of our visit it was supposed to have been refurbished 7 yrs later & still necessary it appears .We ate out after 1st night.
We had the same response from staff on making complaints .Hence our decision to claim a total refund of circa £1k at our local magistrates court.
They never learn though

Sorry to read about your terrible experience at the Imperial Tenby.
Unfortunately over the last 7 years since our visit Nothing appears to have improved. The Management of this Group of Hotels have captive trade .
Their view is as in our case ok any complaints we will bung a £25 refund. Most people accept so nothing will change.
