Room 35, a small double room with a beautiful view on the 2nd floor. Lovely bathroom with great shower over the bath and complimentary toiletries. We stayed for 3 nights bed and breakfast. We love everything about this hotel. The staff are so friendly, professional and helpful at all times. We were able to use the garden opposite for drinks as the weather was great. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and again the staff were fantastic, restaurant was very clean. We used the indoor swimming pool and steam room which was lovely and towels provided. Car parking was secure and £5 a night. A relaxing break and we will definitely return

Fabulous hotel - everywhere is absolutely pristine. We had a ground floor room with views of the sea - everything in the room supplied for our comfort. Staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful and steaming hot - really couldn’t fault anything. You can go and sit in the gardens on the terrace just over the road from the hotel and enjoy the breathtaking views with a nice glass of wine - everything was so relaxing. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool, as there was a problem with the chlorine (being looked at presently), but it gives us a good excuse to return!. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Our room was big and the breakfast was nice. The bathroom still has a shower with a curtain which could be updated and regrettably the indoor pool was closed and room service was on demand. The garden was beautiful.

We have just returned from the above hotel. We stayed at the Ocean Suite at this Hotel (the suite is across the road from the actual hotel). From the point of checking in to leaving the service was outstanding. If you are looking for something special this will tick all the boxes. The apartment is built into the rock and you are literally overlooking the sea. The pictures on their site does not do it justice, it was incredible. The room was spotlessly clean. When we arrived we were taken to the suite and personally checked it, the young lady explained everything to us. There was a bottle of chilled champagne and a lovely fruit bowl. The fridge was stocked with snacks, wine, soft drinks, water etc. The balcony had ample room and the jacuzzi was awesome. It was large, spotless and had a privacy cover over it, so you were not overlooked at all. The private access to the beach was great, you were literally on the beach within 2 mins down some steps. Within a few hours of being in the room we received a call from reception asking if we had everything we needed and reminding us to ring if we needed anything at all, which they did each day. The first morning we had breakfast in the hotel, despite the offer of a hamper being delivered. We had had the hamper option at a few hotels we have stayed in and they have not been really up to much, all the food being cold buffet style food. So we decided to go to the restaurant for the first morning and then for the second morning we decided to try the hamper and boy we were blown away. It was incredible, we had juices, prosecco, hot bread, hot bacon rolls other options available, we had hot boiled eggs, a selection of pastries, we had a chesse and ham selection, cereals, lots of teas and jams and a pot of hot filter coffee. It was OUTSTANDING. The breakfast in the hotel was fabulous, but we stuck to the hamper for the rest of our stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful and made you feel really special. The bi-folding doors were a game changer, you felt like you were outside the whole time, the air conditioning was a godsend, especially this weekend as temperatures were really high. The bathroom was beautiful. The bed and bedding was of a very high standard. It was heaven just lying in the bed at night looking at the moon reflecting off the sea and listening to the gentle waves splashing down on the rocks literally beneath you. It was pure luxury and worth every penny. The attention to detail was outstanding, the staff were amazing, the restaurant manager (we think he was the manager, who delivered the hamper each morning, was very charming and charismatic. The waiting staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. We also met the General Manager who was delightful and she made a point of introducing herself to us and wishing us a fantastic stay and not to hesitate her if anything was needed. So please if you are looking for something special book this suite you will not regret it I can guarantee you that. We will be returning but we will probably visit in the autumn/winter as my partner likes the weather and how it changes through the seasons and would like to experience this room when the ocean is more dramatic and hopefully be able to experience thunder storms whilst sitting on the balcony. He is very much a person that likes to experience differing weather conditions. Thank you to all the guys at The Atlantic. We had a truly awesome stay and the experience will stay with us for a very long time that is for sure- Moody, Cardiff.

Stayed here with friends and found it just an okay place. It is facing the ocean but only a few rooms and the rest are not too great and we were on the side and overlooking the road which was noisy. The room itself was clean but left something to be desired. Would suggest looking around other facilities.

We've just returned from a wonderful stay at the Atlantic hotel staying in the ocean room. The room/apartment is something else above and beyond anything else we've stayed in when visiting Tenby. The room/apartment is very large with amazing views of the beach and sea along Tenby. All the facilities in the room are excellent with a large and comfy bed. All very clean and well appointed. The jacuzzi on the balcony is excellent and being able to sit in there and watch the world go by is completely relaxing. The added extras of the drinks package and all the snacks and toiletries really top the experience off along with the amazing breakfast hamper that we had delivered every morning. The staff at the Atlantic are all so welcoming and friendly and they helped us with anything we needed. We were so glad to see that the hotel is maintaining its high level of service and it's definitely somewhere we would highly recommend in Tenby and the surrounding areas. We can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you for an amazing and relaxing break away.

Wow . When we arrived with elderly less able parents we were met by such friendly, helpful staff who were happy to assist. Our rooms were beautiful, crisp clean white bedding and towels. Gorgeous toiletries in rooms. The rooms were both spacious and well equipped. The showers were very powerful, which is an added bonus. At night it was lovely and quiet enabling good nights sleep. Receptionists were very helpful answering anything that was asked and if did not know answer immediately looked on computer. Dining room service second to none, Manager was delightful and so friendly as were all the other dining room staff. Requested poached eggs, no trouble whatsoever, cooked to perfection. Can eat as much as you want as self service. Spa area spotless, able to book allocated time at reception who gave you towels to use. Highly recommend and most definitely return.

Stayed here with my partner for 3 nights over the Jubilee weekend. Lovely stay, room 11 was very comfy and cosy. This room overlooked the back of the hotel but this was not an issue. Had breakfast which was included in the price which is self service and you can go up as much as you like. Very tasty! Used the pool twice (currently need to book at reception a 45 min slot) however this was never an issue. Pool all to ourselves! No robes provided but towels are and there are changing rooms at the side of the pool area. Room service each day and clean towels. Only downside was the price of the drinks in the bar and lack on non alcoholic beverages eg pironi and sella. Other than this all staff every friendly and will assist you in anyway they can! Stayed here many times before and will definitely be back!

Sometimes important information or actions should be here even if because of those actions or information other travellers should be aware. Recently I booked three days over four weeks in advance and paid a non refundable deposit of £50. Just two days later unexpected circumstances forced me to cancel and although I accepted the deposit rules requested a refund. It was refused. I explained that it is almost certain my accommodation will be sold and so to keep £50 is sharp practice. They insisted. So beware prospective visitors.
