Having stayed here the last 2 years I have no intention to go elsewhere. 3rd year in Southport. Great welcome, lovely staff so helpfull and friendly. Great breakfasts. We didnt need lunch 2 out of our 4 days due to size of breakfast. Nothing is any trouble. I have food allergies and they had my foods in for me arriving....

Wouldn't normally choose to stay in a guest house but due to the high costs of hotels in Liverpool we choose to stay in southport just 40 minutes away from the city. On arrival we were met by the hosts Anthony and his lovely wife,gave us some beautiful cakes,which by the way were delicious and made by her own fair hands.The room had everything we required and more,hair dryer, iron and ironing board, on request, tea making facilities, more than enough,but very welcome not been to Southport before,so wondered where to go...

This is a lovely hidden gem of a guest house. We were greeted on arrival by Anthony and given a lovely cup of tea and some very nice home made cake. The rooms are very well decorated in up to date themes with lots of tea and coffee making facilities and some really nice extras in the bathroom. The hotel...

Very welcoming and pleasant staff. We enjoyed a 2 night stay and would highly recommend. Plan to stay again next year for longer. Fantastic cooked breakfast with cereals,fruit salad and yoghurts. Very close to the main town,shops and restaurants.

arrived home yesterday after a fabulous weekend at this B&B. Room was spotless, and beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We were greeted with a very warm welcome on arrival with offers of drinks and a home made cake, and our bags were even carried from car to room!! The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice something...

We cannot say any more than has already been said by other reviews, accept... don't hesitate to book and see for yourselves. Thankyou Anthony and Beverley for your hospitality..it is true!!! We love this B&B. The owner's so a very impressive job of serving the guest. "Ask and Ye shall receive." Very,very clean throughout the whole property. Comfy beds. location is very central to everywhere , rooms were immaculate and bed was comfortable , breakfast was lovely , the owners are absolutely genuinely lovely and very helpful people .... they couldn't do enough for us when we stayed there on 30th & 31st of august with my terminally ill Mum and her sister we couldn't have found anywhere better...
