Located in a quiet road with ample parking at the time of my visit. I was met by a friendly owner who looked after all my needs for my 2 day stay. I had my own key and could come and go when I wanted. Breakfast was excellent in a pleasant dining room and 'filter' coffee always makes the difference....

Lovely find. Garden Court is tucked away down a side street, off the promenade near the theatre/convention centre. Our room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Toiletries, sewing kit, iPod docking station were in the room along with a kettle, tea & coffee. There was also a small fridge in the wardrobe to keep the bottled water that was...

Plenty of hangers in wardrobe, hairdryer and toiletries provided. The owner was very friendly and cooked a breakfast in the morning which was freshly prepared and...

Our second visit to this delightful Guest house near to the Centre of Southport. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable with a nice en suite. Everything was spotlessly clean. Fire doors and regulations were up to date and the owner was helpful and readily available. The breakfast was comprehensively good. Excellent value for money.

For attending a Convention or having a holiday, great place. Five minute walk to the Convention Centre, Ten minute walk to Lord Street for that all important shopping. Rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Our room had twin beds and two bunk beds but would not consider it cramped. The en-suite was nice but a shelf in the shower cubicle would...

This is a nice guest house. Dave was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was clean no amazing views from the back room that we stayed in but the location was very good. I would recommend this guest house to anyone thinking of staying in Southport.
