We chose our breakfast items for the next 2 mornings and then off to the room. Richard gave us lots of information on places to eat, etc. Lovely room...

From the moment you walk through the door you have a warm welcome. The place is clean, tidy, and well decorated. The people are lovely and knowledgable of the area. I had a good nights sleep, followed by a lovely breakfast, with the flexibility to suit your diet (or in my case - bacon, eggs and mushrooms). The owners go...

We stayed at the Nor wood over the weekend of the musical firework competition, I would highly recommend staying here. The room was lovely and cleaned every day, breakfast was a choice of what you wanted, Richard was also very good at recommending places to eat and was very approachable, you can come and go as you please.

The breakfast was very...

We were greeted by Richard on arrival. He made us a refreshment with biscuits and sat us down for a discussion which was good. The stairs to the bedroom were quite steep and narrow. Our bedroom had a lovely sofa and huge bed (2 singles combined into 1 bed) which was very comfortable. The TV in the room was probably too...

Norwood Guest House is, to some extent, a rose amidst thorns whilst the properties in the street around it are renovated and updated. But what a rose! We were welcomed on the doorstep by host Richard, plied with tea and home made...
